Do not use perfume before your session. To avoid discomfort, wait several hours after consuming a heavy to begin your session. A light meal prior to the session is fine. Do not drink large amount of fluids before the session.
Treatment in the chamber may follow other medical, chiropractic, physical or massage therapy.
Heavy oils should be avoided as they may cause the skin to burn under pressure. Loose cotton clothing is advised. Women should remove nylon stockings, shoes, jewelry or any potentially sharp or restrictive objects.
The chamber will take a few minutes to inflate. The chamber will not inflate instantly. This is normal. The air inside the chamber will be continually exchanged and there should be no difficulty breathing. Breathe normally. The chamber can be depressurized and opened from the inside, and there is also a buzzer for help. While in the chamber, both verbal and visual communication is possible with the practitioner.
The treatment duration is 45 to 60 minutes. Treatments will be scheduled individually as required.
